Room rates start from approximately $457 per night in the off-season and exceed $1,000 per night during peak summer weekends. DESIGN & INTERIORS The interiors follow a natural palette of earthy sand tones, warm amber, and soft peach hues - reflecting the East End coastline. Every accommodation features bespoke furnishings, layered textures, and curated art. The hotel offers three room categories: Standard Rooms, Suites with separate living areas, and Garden Cottages named after East Hampton streets, featuring spacious living areas and kitchenettes. F&B The on-site restaurant is led by Chef Jorge Espinoza, formerly of Scarpetta, and serves a menu inspired by Italian coastal cuisine. Mayank Dwivedi also serves as the operating partner for The Capri Hotel in Southampton, another RedSwan-listed asset.
